Don't even think about the horror. The only creepy element is that as you explore the world, it begins to rot and degrade. As a result, you'll have to figure out what's causing the glitches, monsters, and bugs on your own.

The problem is that FNAF World is a total disappointment in every way. The main mission has no clear objective, and there's no guide or plot to justify your actions. The fact that it's difficult to spot glitches and mistakes because their visual effects are obscured by the environment's garish stages adds to your sense of disorientation.

It's a strange feeling that pervades the battle system, which is critical in an RPG. The attacks in Five Nights at Freddy's World have no descriptions. It's unclear whether this is an attack, a healing move, or a defence move!

Another major problem with fighting is the lack of strategy. Simply spam any skill you want until you're victorious. Alternatively, you will lose. Everything is limited to "pushing that button repeatedly." The only time it doesn't work is late in the game or when you're up against a boss.

Is our pestering for Five Nights at Freddy's 5 to blame for this?

I hate to say it, but FORGET FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S WORLD, even though it is the series' final instalment. It's tedious, perplexing, and unattractive. Return to Five Nights at Freddy's 4 or FNAF 3 if you've missed the series. Both films are the pinnacle of the horror genre.

The only thing that worries me about FNAF World is that we may have missed out on FNAF 5 because of it.
